Site Fees

Owning any home incurs running costs, and when it comes to caravans the biggest spend is usually for site fees. Site fees cover aspects such as the plot where your caravan is situated, and maintenance costs. Nobody likes surprises though, so that’s why site fees are included in our 2018 caravan prices!

Be a Part of Something Special

We are proud to have something that many other holiday parks lack - a wonderful community spirit. Many owners tell us that part of the excitement of staying here is seeing friendly faces, and flourishing friendships in the clubhouse. But don’t worry, if you’re looking for a more secluded retreat, that’s fine too. It’s your ParcFarm.

As many trips to ParcFarm Holiday Park at no extra cost. Sounds enticing, right?! There’s no hidden agenda here, simply a great way to cost-effective holidays. Do half-term visits, and summer holiday stints minus the peak-time prices sound good to you? We thought so.

Accessibility

It’s extremely important to us that ParcFarm is inclusive. There is full disabled access to the ground floor clubhouse area. Here you will also find the disabled toilet facilities. There is also level access to reception, laundry and fitness rooms via a car park at the rear of the building although there is no disabled access to the swimming pool. Full disabled access is also available to the children’s play area.

The park itself is set in 69 acres and most roads are tarmac with a small number being stoned. The site is organised into different areas via a barrier system and can be steep in some areas.

FAQs

  • Where is ParcFarm?

ParcFarm Caravan Park is set in a rural location amongst the Clwydian Hills in beautiful North Wales. Within a short drive are the market towns of Mold and Ruthin and it is not far from Loggerheads Country Park. In fact it is within easy reach of all that North Wales has to offer; family attractions, Snowdonia, the coast and much more, making it the ideal place for you to have your holiday home.

  • What information do I need to know about buying a caravan?

The most important thing you need to think about when you have made the decision to buy a holiday caravan is where you would like your holiday home to be. There are many caravan parks all over North Wales and they all offer something different. ParcFarm offers a family caravan park in a rural setting, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Other places offer an action packed holiday on a bustling caravan park.

  • Is there an age limit for caravans on ParcFarm?

There is no age limit on your caravan. You will be offered a pitch licence agreement for 10 years on a pre owned caravan, 15 years on a new caravan and 25 years on a lodge.

  • How much will my caravan cost me annually?

There are running costs to pay each year when you have a holiday caravan. Site fees are payable each season by 1st March. ParcFarm also requires each caravan to be insured adequately by the caravan owner. Most of our caravan owners use the holiday park policy. The cost of this varies depending on the caravan you buy and the level of cover required. Gas and electric is metered and invoiced to you three times a year. The gas is piped to each caravan so there is no need to worry about changing gas bottles.

  • How much will a caravan cost to buy?

Caravan prices vary considerably. A pre-owned caravan usually start from around £8,995 and for a new caravan prices start from approximately £25,995.

  • How many caravans are there on ParcFarm?

Currently we have just over 250 static caravans sited on ParcFarm, with a new exclusive development under way. These are well spaced out on 44 acres allowing each caravan to have its own private garden.

  • How long can I use my caravan for each year?

The park has a 10.5 month season and is open to our Caravan owners from 1st March to the 14th January each year.

  • How do I find ParcFarm?

If you follow the directions on the 'Contact us' page finding ParcFarm should not be a problem. You may find satnav's are not sufficiently accurate once you are in the countryside and we would advise you to use the directions provided instead.

  • Do you take touring caravans or tents?

We are primarily a static caravan holiday park. We have pitches available for seasonal and short stay tourers. Unfortunately we do not accept tents.

  • Do you only sell the caravans listed on your website?

No, the caravans listed are the caravans we currently have on site for people to view and buy. If none of these are suitable or you have a particular caravan in mind then we will be able to provide a price and information for this.

  • Do you have any information you can send us?

Yes we can send you our brochure information pack if you fill out our contact form.

  • Do you allow pets?

We do allow pets as we realise that this is the reason many people have a caravan as it enables them to bring their pets on holiday. We would ask that you make sure dogs are kept on a lead and are supervised and of course any mess is cleared up. When you enquire we may ask you the number of pets and breed as we would refuse any animal that would be considered dangerous.

  • Do I own the land my caravan is on?

No, the land your caravan is sited on is rented from ParcFarm for the duration of your licence agreement.

  • Can my friends and family visit me?

Of course! The only thing you will have to do is make sure you are there to meet them as we have a security barrier system here at ParcFarm and only people who own a caravan can get to the main areas of the park. If you have friends or family using your caravan while you are not on site then all we ask is that they come and sign in at the office.

  • Can I let my caravan out?

Yes we allow subletting through the Company (term & conditions apply). We also offer a small selection of our own hire vans - why not try before you buy?

  • Can I have a decking or patio?

Yes, you can have either a wood decking or patio, which must comply with fire and safety regulations. When you visit ParcFarm take a look at the deckings and patio's already installed. Before any work can begin a plan must be submitted to the park owners for approval and quotes must be obtained through the ParcFarm office.

  • Can I choose my own caravan location?

Yes, you can choose your own location from those we have available subject to availability and suitability.
